The next step was intervention. Food Jonezi conducted a three-week intervention lifestyle change with our client. During the three weeks, we helped the client stop eating junk food and sugary snacks. The outcome was enabling our client’s taste buds to change.
3. Coaching The Client To Success
Food Jonezi coached the client to ensure they will succeed in reaching their goals. Through our monitoring system, we coached our client to success. We ensure that the client feels supported throughout their wellness journey.

The next step in our process is accountability. This is where we follow up to see what stage the client is on and how much further they have to go to reach their goals. In this stage, we evaluate to see what has and hasn’t worked. Then based on the feedback we see if we need to change anything or give our client a bigger push to help them succeed.
5. Congratulations On Reaching Your Goals!
The last step is where our client reaches their goals! In this stage, our client tells us that they can now hold themselves accountable. Or our client asks to move to our maintenance program to help them reach new goals. Maintenance is where they come in once a week and we keep them accountable with regular check-ins.
