Good morning challengers!
How did yesterday's dare go? Today, we're going to try something that may be a little different for some of us. I'm challenging you to step out of your comfort zone and try working out with a partner or a group. One of my favorite reasons to workout with a partner or a group is the motivation I receive. When I'm with someone else, we can encourage one another and help each other to push through the tough moments. Already have a workout buddy? Give them a shoutout in the comments below!

Your Truth: I feel more comfortable exercising alone. I feel like other people are looking at me.
Food Jonezi's Dare: Move your buns to today, but move along with a workout group. You may learn new moves or meet a new friend. We double dare you to get out of your comfort zone and try something new.
