When the clock strikes 12 mid-night on January 1st write down 12 goals you want to accomplish in 2016.
You can write down anything from achieving optimal health, running a marathon, opening your own restaurant business, being closer to your family, making new friends, to becoming more adventurous; its up to you!
Once, you write them down, here what you should do!
1. Share them with a person you trust.
2. Make that particular person your accountability partner.
3. Do one or two things each day to help you achieve your ultimate goals.
4. Post them on your steering wheel in your car.
